Enhancements are ideal for pets who need a little extra attention, structure, or stimulation, and are always tailored to each pet’s individual needs and personality.

Advanced Care Services
Caroline’s Pet Concierge offers attentive, in-home medical support designed to help pets remain comfortable, calm, and consistent with their veterinary care routines. Services are provided strictly under written veterinary direction and with close attention to each pet’s individual tolerance and well-being. Medical support is approached with patience, discretion, and respect for your pet’s comfort—never rushed, never forced.
Oral Medication
Oral medications are administered gently and thoughtfully, following your veterinarian’s instructions. Each interaction is guided by your pet’s body language to ensure the experience remains as low-stress as possible.
Ideal for pets who benefit from calm, consistent routines in their home environment.
Wound Management & Aftercare
Post-procedure and wound aftercare support helps bridge the gap between clinic visits and home recovery. Services may include gentle wound monitoring, cleaning, bandage checks or changes, and application of prescribed topical treatments.
Any changes in appearance, comfort, or healing are promptly communicated to you, supporting continuity of care and peace of mind.
Subcutaneous (SQ) Fluids
Subcutaneous fluid administration may be provided for pets requiring hydration support, following detailed veterinary instructions. Care is delivered slowly and attentively, with continuous monitoring of your pet’s comfort throughout the process.
Best suited for pets who are accustomed to SQ fluids and respond calmly to handling.
- Fee is compensation for a second handler and must be scheduled a week in advance.
- This can be an add on to an existing visit or booked separately.
Refresh and Revive
Basic Grooming is ideal for pets who benefit from regular upkeep, senior pets who prefer familiar surroundings, or pets who may find traditional grooming environments overwhelming. This service helps support skin health, comfort, and overall quality of life while maintaining a polished, well-cared-for appearance. This service is not a replacement for professional grooming and does not include haircuts, shaving, or styling.
Bath & Towel dry
Gently bathing your pet with appropriate shampoo, followed by thorough towel drying to remove excess moisture. This service does not include blow drying or styling and is ideal for pets who prefer a quiet, low-stress grooming experience.
Coat refresh
A gentle brushing to remove loose fur and light tangles, followed by a light application of pet-safe scented spray. This service helps freshen your pet’s coat between baths, leaving them clean, comfortable, and pleasantly scented without a full groom.
Nail buff
Shortens nails gradually and smooths rough edges, leaving tips rounded. This reduces scratching, snagging, and accidental marks, and often feels gentler for pets compared to traditional clipping.
