This includes assembly, installation of required accessories (food and water containers, bedding), proper labeling, and ensuring everything meets travel requirements prior to departure. Crate setup is included at no additional cost.

Yes, we provide local transportation to and from veterinary appointments and to your selected airline or transport provider. We do not provide long-distance or international transport.

We offer overnight care and check-ins to ensure your pet is safe, comfortable, and ready for their scheduled travel date.

If overnight care is unavailable with your assigned concierge, we will arrange care with a qualified sitter on your behalf. We will remain responsible for coordinating your pet’s travel day, including pickup and transportation to your selected airline or transport provider.

Our service does not include third-party costs such as veterinary fees, airline or cargo fees, transport company charges, shipping costs, or the purchase of travel equipment.
