Do you require daily visits for cat care?

Yes—daily visits are required to ensure your cat’s health, safety, and overall well-being. Regular check-ins allow us to monitor food, water, litter box use, and any changes in behavior.

What if I don’t need full service every day?

For days when full service isn’t necessary, we offer wellness check visits at a discounted rate. Wellness checks are shorter visits focused on a quick health check, making them a great option between full-service days. Only one wellness check is allowed between full visits.

First visit requirement

The first day of any booking must be scheduled as a Full-Service Cat Visit. This allows us to properly assess your cat’s routine, environment, and overall well-being to ensure consistent care for the remainder of the booking.

Day 1: Full-Service Visit
Day 2: Wellness Check
Day 3: Full-Service Visit
Day 4: Wellness Check

Starting with a full-service visit helps ensure nothing is missed and your cat receives the best possible care from day one.

Quick food and water check/refill if needed

How often should this be done?

Typically recommended every 2–4 weeks, depending on usage and number of cats, to remove buildup, bacteria, and odors, while daily scooping is required to maintain hygiene.

Do I need to provide litter?

Yes—fresh litter should be provided unless arranged in advance as an add-on.

Is this included in regular visits?

No—this is a deep cleaning service and is offered as an add-on to standard care.

Only pet-safe, non-toxic cleaners are used to ensure your cat’s safety.

What happens if you don't deep clean a litter box?

Dirty litter boxes can cause kidney, bladder, and urinary tract diseases in cats. When a kitty squats over a pile of feces, bacteria can travel up the urethra, wreaking havoc all along the way. And since UTIs are often asymptomatic in cats, your kitty could be sick a long time before you know to get treatment for them.

Do you have litter recommendations for diabetic cats?

The best litters for diabetic cats, who often urinate in high volumes, are

highly absorbent, low-dust, and unscented to prevent odor and reduce tracking.
