How long is each visit?

Visits are typically 30 minutes unless extended time is requested.

Scheduled Arrival Window:
All visits are scheduled within a 1-hour arrival window to allow for route optimization and consistent, on-time service across all clients.
Example: A 7:00 AM booking will be completed between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM.

Can you walk my dog during the visit?

Walks are not included in drop-in visits. This service focuses on quick, routine care. Walks can be booked separately as an add-on service.

Dog walking services are available separately for clients needing additional exercise time.

Can I book multiple visits per day?

Absolutely—morning, midday, and evening visits are available.

Extended Care Hours

Visits outside of standard hours are available for an additional fee:

Early risers: +$10 per visit
