Yes. A meet & greet is required for all new clients to ensure a good fit and to review your pet’s routine, access instructions, and care expectations.
A new consult is required for any specialty package to discuss details and requests, this includes established clients.
In-home daycare, dog walking, drop-in visits, cat care, pet transportation, enrichment services, and our Signature Packages, including PCS support.
House Sitting is a premium, limited-availability service offered to clients booking our Signature Packages only, allowing us to provide consistent, high-quality care for both your pets and home.

Payments will be accepted through your client portal once established.
Emergency contact and veterinary information must be provided prior to service. In the event urgent care is needed, you will be notified immediately.
Caroline’s Pet Concierge does not make financial or medical decisions on your behalf. All discussions and approvals regarding your pet’s care are to be handled directly between you and your veterinarian.
